Eisenman’s six point plan
Although Peter Eisenman’s work was highly appreciated and imitated throughout the student body of most Portuguese Architectural Schools during the 90’s, I stopped noticing his seminal presence in the architectural media magazines. Perhaps this is just me. And he has been published as much as before…Anyway I found this on Archinet news:
- Architecture in a media culture
- Students have become passive
- Computers make design standards poorer
- Today’s buildings lack meaning or reference
- We are in a period of late style
- To be an architect is a social act
Sounds interesting and there is more.
